The only equipment you need is a microphone. A webcam is optional if you want to view your collaborator(s). You would also need to download the skype software. The biggest thing to remember is to email filter@scps.us and ask to unblock skype. You will need the computer IP address and we'll show you that. I'll post Mike's info in a more secure place :) Diane
Make sure to e-mail the filter account before trying to download Skype. With the block on, you won't even be able to download it. Ask for a window of time that will enable you to get the software, test the connection with who you're talking to, and then the actual talking time.
